Fountain of Life Ministries International (FOLMI) is a Christ-centered ministry founded on the uncompromising truth of God’s Word and a lifelong commitment to raising believers who understand Scripture, walk in faith, and live productive, purpose-driven lives.
The ministry was established in January 1994 under the visionary leadership of Late Col. Dr. Paul Demsa, a man of faith whose passion for the Gospel laid a strong spiritual foundation that continues to shape the ministry today. His legacy lives on through a ministry firmly anchored in sound doctrine, love, discipline, and service to humanity.
Following his transition to glory, the ministry has continued to grow under the leadership of Bishop Vess Paul Demsa, the current General Overseer, whose heart for God and dedication to spiritual growth have sustained and expanded the vision across regions.

The headquarters of Fountain of Life Ministries International is located in Numan, fondly known as the Garden of Life—a spiritual hub that serves as the heartbeat of the ministry.
